Important: Your spouse must be notified, (served with copies of your divorce action), in order for this proceeding to move forward in the courts. Therefore, it is very important that you determine his or her whereabouts. If his or her whereabouts are unknown to you we can still help you obtain your divorce. What We Do And How Long Will It Take

This process usually is completed in 45 to 90 days. We can only help you if your spouse agrees with what you want from the divorce. If you are not sure if your spouse will agree, you may both make an office visit to discuss a settlement on all your marital issues. If your spouse wonÕt cooperate, we can start your paperwork and wait to see if your spouse will contest your marital issues. If you would like your marital issues put into written form we can also prepare that for you, it is commonly called a Marital Settlement Agreement.

Our questionnaire is downloadable from our site should you decide to use our service. Return the questionnaire with the appropriate fee found on the following page. Do not enclose your filing fee until you receive your first set of papers from our office. No office visit is required throughout your divorce process.
